Guest artist on a project of New York's Complexions Contemporary Ballet.
Dwight Rhoden and Desmond Richardson — former principal dancers of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, founders of Complexions Contemporary Ballet (1994) and creators of the technique that bears its name. Their school is the foundation of Artem Hordieiev’s choreographic style.
Out of this meeting of the American and Ukrainian schools came The Great Gatsby, after F. Scott Fitzgerald: an international cast with stars of the Mariinsky Theatre. Created in Kyiv, then performed in Berlin, Paris and Geneva, and toured to major European cities.
